Cylinder Grips is a training grip for suspension and traction.
The OCR Cylinder Grips suspension is designed to take your climbing, OCR and CrossFit workouts to the next level. With a height of 17 cm and a diameter of 5.5 cm, this cylinder has perfect ergonomics for the hand, combined with a soft but grippy texture that ensures optimal grip.
The Cylinder Grips are extremely lightweight, making them the ideal choice to take with you on your workouts on the go. In addition, we have opted for a 6 mm double strand for several reasons:
- No obstacles interfering with the grip
- In just 3 seconds, use a lark’s head knot to hang them from any branch, pull-up bar, etc.
- Use a carabiner to hang them on roof exits or overhangs.
