Description
Low Grips 2 is a versatile OCR Suspension element due to the variety of holds; a very demanding low hold, an intermediate one on the sides, and a very easy one at the top.
It is designed to train pinch grip strength.
The low hold is performed from the bottom upward, thus being suspended only by the opposition of the thumb to the rest of the fingers.
It is intended for static strength training on two holds due to its complexity, but the rest of the holds will allow dynamic steps and combos.
The goal of this hold is to add one of the most complex pincers to our climbing and OCR training and to continue helping improve our finger strength thanks to the quality and versatility of our pieces.
