With a simple lark’s head knot, you can hang your Oval Grips in seconds on branches, pull-up bars and other supports. In addition, if you use a carabiner, you can easily hang them for practicing ceiling ascents or overhangs.
These OCR suspensions are ideal for improving your climbing, OCR and Crossfit workouts, as they are extremely lightweight and portable, allowing you to take them with you anywhere and train at any time.
The Oval Grips include a double 6mm high strength cord.
