Climbskin Twins suspensions are multi-discs that offer you many training possibilities. You can use them alone or combined with other elements, adapting them to your level and objectives.

The pack includes 2 dualtexture multipress discs that allow you to train suspensions with different angles and distances. They are fixed to a panel with keyless knobs, so you can easily change them according to your preferences or needs.

Portable Discs (includes 2 cords) are grips that you can take with you anywhere. You can hang them from a branch, a bar or an anchor and warm up or train your strength and endurance.

They can be attached to your TRX to combine suspension exercises with your own body weight and improve your balance and stability.

Warm-up with elastic bands. You can use elastic bands to warm up your muscles and joints before training with the multipress discs. This way you will avoid injuries and prepare your body for the effort.

Pass a double strand through the central hole and work with ballast. If you want to increase the difficulty of your suspensions, you can add extra weight to the multi-discs by threading a double strand of rope through the center hole and hanging a backpack, weight belt or whatever you want.

System Board. You can use the multipress discs as part of a system board, a board with several symmetrically placed grips that allows you to train specific climbing moves and improve your technique and coordination.
