The 72 training ball is a fully spherical suspension/traction ball .

Its completely spherical shape, with no joints or bulges, offers optimal ergonomics for the hand and a soft texture that makes it an ideal tool for improving your strength and endurance in climbing or crossfit.

We have opted for a 6mm double strand for several reasons:

• There are no hindrances in the grip.
• In just 3 seconds, with a lark’s knot, you can hang it on any branch, pull-up bar, etc.
• Using a carabiner, you can hang it for overhead or overhanging.

Ideal for small hands, its 72mm diameter makes it especially suitable for small hands.
